Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers
Create new accounts and maintain accurate member records
Resolve issues related to account management and supply delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
High school diploma or GED
Must be computer literate; skills testing required
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical supply processes is a plus
