Summary :
The Senior Specialist Brand Assets leads the day-to-day administration of enterprise-wide asset management system. The Senior Specialist Brand Assets must possess exceptional analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to strategically align operational practices with organizational goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, an intuitive proficiency in new technologies and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. The position reports to the Manager of Brand Assets.
Role Overview
- Develops and administers enterprise-wide asset management system, governing asset archives, user and group permissions, and Market relationships.
- Inventories, organizes and deploys sharable assets across the organization, including, but not limited to Brand Guidelines, campaign collections, design templates, logos, marketing collateral, photography, presentations, toolkits and videos.
- Works collaboratively with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of departmental resources and proper execution of departmental workflow process.
- Trains users, and monitors quality by analyzing, evaluating, and re-designing processes; recommending asset management changes, as appropriate.
- Primary responsibility : managing, organizing, and maintaining brand assets within Bynder — uploading, tagging, maintaining taxonomy, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting users across the organization.
- Secondary responsibility : assisting with Wrike task management — receiving requests, tracking status, and ensuring assets move smoothly through the workflow.
- The role sits at the intersection of brand marketing, corporate marketing, and the in-house creative agency (which includes photo, digital, project management, creative, and events teams).
- The Specialist acts as a liaison across multiple departments , ensuring completed creative work is properly uploaded and accessible in Bynder.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience Level : 2–3 years in marketing operations, digital asset management, or similar.Technical :
Strong familiarity with Bynder or similar DAM platforms preferred.Experience with Wrike , Salesforce , CMS platforms (Drupal / Sitecore) , or database / taxonomy management a plus.Strategic thinking : Able to conceptualize how information and assets are organized, presented, and utilized across the enterprise.Analytical mindset : Comfortable interpreting analytics from Bynder and recommending improvements to usability and structure.Customer-service orientation : Must enjoy helping users find and manage assets and guiding stakeholders on best practices.Marketing awareness : Understanding of creative assets, campaign materials, and basic print / digital production (resolution, file types, etc.).Communication skills : Comfortable engaging with various stakeholders, representing the brand team professionally on calls and email.
