  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Greet customers with a welcoming demeanor and assist with their inquiries.
  • Accurately process transactions including cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Verify the age of customers when selling age-restricted products.
  • Provide product information and promote store loyalty programs.
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
  • Balance the cash register at the end of your shift and report discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail or cash handling experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills to operate POS systems.
  • Physical Requirements :
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable handling and lifting up to 40 pounds when necessary.
