Senior Manager, Managed Data, Analytics & Insights

The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Data, Analytics & Insights team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful learning initiatives. As a Senior Manager you are expected to guide the execution of our Infinite Learning Strategy, maintaining a customer-centric approach that supports PwC's goals and vision. You are responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage customer relationships for Data & Analytics engagements

Collaborate with IT and business to transform insights into strategic opportunities

Guide a team of managers, data architects, and engineers

Drive business outcomes through analytics interventions

Develop and implement impactful learning initiatives

Maintain alignment with PwC's goals and vision

Foster trust through open and honest communication

Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

12 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Information Technology preferred

10 years in data and analytics management

8 years leading data and analytics relationships

3-5 years with managed services organization

Broad experience with ITIL processes

Working with CxOs to drive business outcomes

Leading cloud scale development for data integration

Leading ideation and development of accelerators

PMP certification or scrum master

The salary range for this position is : $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
