• Maintain clean and sanitary patient rooms by rotating sheets, changing bedpans, and performing general room upkeep
• Communicate information with patient care providers and other nursing staff members to facilitate patient care
• Help patients with basic care including bathing, dressing, going to the restroom, eating, and taking proper medication dosages on a daily basis
• Assist patients with regular exercise as needed to maintain physical health and mobility level
• Record patient vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and blood oxygen level Qualifications :
• Should have strong physical stamina to reposition and lift patients from beds to examination tables for wheelchairs and move medical equipment
• Proficient computer skills and experience using computer database to ensure patient history is accurately recorded
• Excellent communication skills that focus on creating and maintaining positive relationships between patient and families
• Candidates must have already completed the state-approved CNA training program and received CNA certification from a medical facility, vocational school, or community college
• Prior experience helping bedridden patients and patients who suffer from age-related illness including Alzheimer's and Dementia would be preferred Compensation : 39,500
