Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates tailored to client needs.
- Conduct meetings with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates.
- Manage inventory by ordering parts and materials as needed to maintain project timelines.
- Analyze costs and pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Utilize advanced computer skills to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Apply knowledge of construction practices to improve project outcomes when applicable.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Strong background in civil litigation, including drafting motions and handling depositions.
- Licensed attorney with expertise in civil litigation procedures.
- Excellent computer proficiency and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is considered a significant advantage.
