Assistant Client Experience Manager (Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists)

Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists is looking for an experienced, full-time Assistant Client Experience Manager to join our skilled and compassionate team in Buzzards Bay and Dennis, MA.

About this role : As a client experience manager, you will contribute to completing the daily tasks of the client care team and ensure professional and compassionate interactions with clients, coworkers, and referring veterinarians.

You will be immersed in a fast-paced and busy environment while supporting your team of client care associates both in the work and administratively. As a specialty referral and emergency hospital, we are involved with many aspects of veterinary care, from saving lives to ongoing long-term treatment, and you will experience the rewards and challenges that this will bring.

The Assistant Client Experience Manager will :

• Perform routine tasks of the Client Care Team
• Schedule team members to ensure coverage at all times
• Approve PTO requests
• Train staff to perform client care duties and tasks successfully
• Perform performance reviews of assigned direct reports
• Reconcile daily transactions and bank deposits
• Promote and follow the policies and protocols of the hospital
• Competently complete Accounts Receivable tasks as part of a greater A / R team
• Conduct social media monitoring and response
