Overview
Utility Line Worker Program Instructor (Contract) at Copiah-Lincoln Community College. Primarily responsible for organizing and carrying out structured learning processes for students. This position reports to the Dean of Workforce Education and Workforce Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Plans lessons and teaches Utility Lineworker Program students in the classroom and at the pole yard.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates student learning activities.
- Provides a positive role model for students, demonstrating care, respect for self and others, collegiality, ethical behavior, ethical reasoning, and a strong work ethic, and provides constructive feedback to students.
- Demonstrates proper skills operations for students.
- Oversees the safe operation and use of equipment when used by students, ensuring adherence to company policy and standards.
- Collaborates with the Workforce Program Coordinator on curriculum and curriculum needs.

None.
Minimum Qualifications
10 years of utility lineman experienceClass A CDL is required.Preferred Qualifications
