As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will provide direct patient care while ensuring compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and problem solver who can quickly recognize patient needs, prioritize treatment, and collaborate effectively with physicians and clinical staff.

Compensation :

• $22-26 per hour Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Thursday 7 : 00am-5 : 00pm Location : Shreveport, LA 71119 Duties & Responsibilities : Plan and manage patient care according to each patient’s needs.
• Interview patients and record their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtain patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provide routine care for patients.
• Observe patients’ health.
• Review medical charts.
• Accompany patients to their rooms.
• Assist physicians and registered nurses in patient care.
• Communicate with patients and their families.
• Perform standard diagnostic procedures including EKG, phlebotomy, venipuncture, and others as directed.
• Complete annual mandatory training by the due date as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
