As a Senior Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Manager within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling Marketing & Customer Analytics organization you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE or Tysons, VA. This role is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion.

As a Senior Portfolio & Strategy Manager supporting Credit Card Marketing Strategy, you will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape and execute data-driven strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and portfolio growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll bring together analytical rigor, marketing strategy, and customer insights to influence key decisions across the credit card business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to develop innovative marketing approaches, optimize performance, and champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for credit card marketing initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end analytics strategy for acquisition campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Risk, and Product to translate data into high-impact strategies.
• Drive performance optimization by identifying opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and ROI through advanced analytics and testing frameworks.
• Champion innovation by exploring new data sources, customer signals, and tools to enhance personalization and targeting capabilities.
• Influence executive decision-making by delivering compelling insights and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
