Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple conveyor system projects within the automotive sector. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with the capability to oversee project planning, execution, financial oversight, and the coordination of subcontractors to guarantee successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of conveyor system projects from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Create and manage Change Order Requests to address additional project scopes.
- Ensure precise data is submitted for invoicing purposes.
- Produce and update weekly Open Issues lists, providing updates to clients and internal teams.
- Issue Requests for Quote (RFQs) for major installation subcontractors, validate their pricing, and coordinate purchase requisitions.
- Supervise Site Managers during installation phases, conducting site visits as necessary.
