Tessie D. Edwards Associates, P.C. is a rapidly growing family and criminal law firm in downtown Atlanta. Our focus is on helping good families in bad situations transition to a better tomorrow. We are looking for an experienced managing attorney to join our team as we continue to grow.

Our perfect candidate has extensive experience as a mentoring attorney and is passionate about leading a production team focused on leading clients in matters involving highly contested issues involving significant assets, contentious custody disputes, and other complicated issues requiring not only legal excellence, but also a focus on firm culture, production team development, and retention of the team.

Moreover, our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who also has experience strategically monitoring the matters of other attorneys and their teams and providing oversight, feedback, and support to ensure clients receive excellent service while keeping an eye on the bottom line of the firm. We are looking for someone equally as passionate about BEING a lawyer as they are DEVELOPING the skills and talents of colleagues. Understanding of adult learning principles, mentoring, and coaching is essential for this role.

Compensation :

$160,000 - $190,000 yearly
