What You’ll Do

• Brand & Campaign Leadership

Own Roo’s annual campaign calendar and lead 4–6 integrated campaigns per year from brief to post-launch measurement.

Lead Roo’s thought leadership programs, including annual reports, case studies, authored articles, and speaking engagements that position Roo as a trusted voice in veterinary medicine.

Grow Roo’s reach across community, social, and emerging media formats.

Manage a growing team, including three direct reports spanning brand, content, social, and community.

Who You Are

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

California pay range : $150,000 USD - $190,000 USD

New York pay range : $150,000 USD - $190,000 USD

Washington pay range : $130,000 USD - $170,000 USD

Colorado pay range : $125,000 USD - $160,000 USD

Texas pay range : $125,000 USD - $160,000 USD

North Carolina pay range : $120,000 USD - $155,000 USD
