The Role

Were hiring an Operator & Acquisitions Lead (Integrator) to partner directly with visionary ownership. Youll direct our operations and automations by setting priorities, timelines, and adoption. Youll also support acquisitions and finance (deal evaluation, ROI modeling, investor-ready reporting). Your superpower is turning vision into 90-day roadmaps , measurable milestones, and results.

What youll do

  • Build and maintain the system of record (projects, properties, financials; dashboards / KPIs).
  • Scope, prioritize, and ensure adoption of automation with our tech lead.
  • Support acquisitions : evaluate deals, create financial / ROI models , prepare investor materials.
  • Translate 10x goals into 90-day execution plans with milestones, owners, and deadlines.
  • Track permitting, construction milestones, STR operations, and variance-to-plan.
  • Hold teams accountable (superintendent, contractors, automation) and unblock bottlenecks fast.
  • Continuously streamline systems, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and ROI.

What success looks like

  • One dashboard shows real-time status across the portfolio and pipeline.
  • Automation removes repetitive work and improves speed / accuracy .
  • Deals are analyzed quickly with clear underwriting / ROI .
  • Every 90 days, we can point to completed milestones toward 10x.

    • What you bring

  • 510+ years in operations / project leadership ; real estate or construction experience preferred.
  • Strong finance / acquisitions exposure (underwriting, ROI modeling, pro formas).
  • Tech-forward : experience with automation / CRMs / PM tools (Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable / Smartsheet, Salesforce / HubSpot, QuickBooks Online).
  • Excellent communicator who can direct a technical specialist and keep cross-functional teams on schedule.
  • Builders mindset : documents SOPs, sets KPIs, and drives adoption.

    • Qualifications

  • Project Management, Quality Control, and Construction Oversight skills
  • Experience in collaborating with founders, tradesmen and owners
  • Strategic thinking and Investment Planning skills
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
  • Relevant experience in residential construction
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in investment construction is a plus
