Key Responsibilities

Resolve service issues and complaints effectively and independently
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Active property and casualty or personal lines license
Proficiency in email, preferably MS Outlook
1 year of experience in a Call Center
1 year of experience in a Sales-related role
