How the Position Works
As a Bilingual HR Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our employee experience forward—from onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. You’ll be an essential point of contact for Sales Agents, leading with empathy and clarity in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. The HR Coordinator is an essential part of a dynamic HR team that fosters collaboration, consistency, engagement and our TRANZACT “Be Real” values. This position is hybrid , working in the office at least two days per week in the sales center. High volume periods may require additional in-office days, so flexibility is required.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Serve as a primary HR point of contact for Sales Agents to deliver consistent, sound guidance with empathy.
- Lead ADA-related conversations with Sales Agents, including the distribution and collection of paperwork, follow-ups, and outcome communication, partnering with internal HR partners in complex situations.
- Support employee relations matters by capturing initial details, escalating issues appropriately, and assisting the HR team with investigation preparation—creating timelines, organizing documentation, and taking notes during formal proceedings.
- During high-volume recruitment season, participate in weekly on-site recruitment events to organize candidate flow and post-interview communications.
- Champion employee engagement events in the site by assisting with coordination and execution while emphasizing a culture that values employees.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the HR leadership team.
What You Need to Be Successful :
Must Have :
An associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources plus 1+ years of relevant HR experienceFluent in Spanish / EnglishExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholdersA proactive, motivated mindset with a passion for following processes and delivering outcomesAbility to maintain objectivity, view situations from a broad perspective, and remain composedStrong ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentialityAbility to collaborate effectively with individuals in multiple locations through virtual platforms.Nice to Have :
