Remote Call Center Representative $17 / HR

Immediate remote call center representative opening. Opportunity to work for one of the largest warranty services companies in the area. Full time, long term position. Equipment provided. Monday-Friday 9am-6pm ET. $17 / hr.

Qualifications

2 years of call center experience
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities

Customer service for warranty plans, claims, credits, sales, and product registration.

Formulate business decisions based on information provided during the call.

Accurately document information within multiple database systems.

Adhere to KPIs to ensure departmental expectations and quality assurance.

Act as a backup to outbound contact center team, focusing on closing extended warranty sales with progressive calling.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
