Inventory Clerk

Erdos Miller is a long-term focused company seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk to manage our inventory for the next generation of oil-field products.

Within 90 days, you can expect to :

  • Understand how to navigate and perform data entry into NetSuite
  • Complete shipping and order processing - getting products from our warehouse to

customers, both domestic and internationally

  • Receive parts into our warehouse, both from vendors and customers
  • Manage inventory for multiple projects and multiple internal warehouses

    • Verifying part number and quantity

  • Ensuring all parts have assigned bin locations
  • Print inventory labels
  • Place in corresponding bin
  • Stretch goal - Understand overall production process flow for primary product lines

    • Within 12 months, you can expect to :

  • Independently manage transactions in our ERP platform

    • Create and Complete Work Orders

    Pull parts to send to vendor

  • Create BOMs
  • Create work orders
  • Issue parts to work orders
  • Complete work orders
  • Close work orders
  • Perform Inventory Transfers
  • Adjust Inventory
  • Conduct Cycle Counting
  • Address inventory issues with effective communication in daily production standups
  • Conduct other related inventory duties as assigned

  • High attention to detail
  • Disciplined organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer operator Intermediate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Preferred : ERP Platform Experience I.E. : Oracle NetSuite is preferred
  • Preferred : International shipping experience is a plus
