Grain Truck Driver

Deliver merchandise to and from customers efficiently and provide outstanding customer service. They are responsible for loading and unloading the grains, maintaining the truck and equipment, and following safety and quality standards. They also need to keep records of the deliveries and communicate with the customers and supervisors.

Grain Truck Driver Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive the truck to the designated locations and load or unload the grain
• Inspect the truck and equipment before and after each trip and report any issues or damages
• Ensure that the grain is properly secured and covered to prevent spillage or contamination
• Follow the traffic laws and regulations and adhere to the weight and size limits
• Check the quality and quantity of the grain and report any discrepancies or defects
• Keep track of the mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details and submit the records to the management
• Coordinate with the customers and supervisors and provide updates on the status of the pickups / deliveries
