Summary :

A senior UX researcher will play a pivotal role in shaping our products and services by uncovering user insights and translating them into actionable recommendations. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital experiences are user-centered and meet the highest standards of usability.

Responsibilities :

• User Research : Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user observations to gather insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points.
• Persona Development : Create user personas and user journey maps to help teams better understand and empathize with our target audience.
• Usability Testing : Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of our designs. Using the correct tool for the job (e.g. usertesting.com).
• Competitive Analysis : Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors' offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to integrate user insights into the product development process.
• Report and Presentation : Communicate research findings and insights through well-structured reports, presentations, and workshops.
• Continuous Improvement : Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion a culture of continuous improvement in user experience within the organization.

Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $60.00 - $62.00 / hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
