Salary : $18.59 per hour

Were hiring a Construction General Laborer / Pre-Apprentice to join our expanding team. No experience required. Training and tools are provided.

This position comes with the ability to transition into our long-standing, highly regarded Apprenticeship Program.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Assisting Sheet Metal Journeymen and Apprentices in daily job duties, both in shop and on jobsites.
• Assembling and fabricating flashing, panels, and ductwork.
• Cleaning and daily maintenance of shop and jobsite.
• Daily usage of power tools and hand tools
• Installing exterior sheet metal on new construction builds
• Assist with building maintenance
• Cutting, measuring, bending, and assembling sheet metal
• Assist in shop fabrication process and in the field installations at job sites
