SAFETY MANAGER
Preference for candidates located in Colorado or Texas
POSITION SUMMARY
The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety policies, programs, and procedures across all field and construction operations within the Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) environment. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), and works closely with internal teams and contractors to foster a culture of safety and accountability. The Safety Manager conducts audits, leads training initiatives, investigates incidents, and proactively identifies risks to ensure the well-being of all employees, subcontractors, and the public.
