    We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our team.

    • Duties
    • As an Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include :

    • Conducting legal research : Analyzing statutes, regulations, and case law to support case preparation and provide accurate legal advice. (State & Federal);
    • Drafting documents : Preparing pleadings, motions, memos, appeals, and other legal documents. (State & Federal);
    • Assisting senior attorney : Collaborating on case strategy, gathering evidence, and preparing for trial;
    • Client communication : Providing updates, explaining legal processes, and addressing concerns;
    • Deposition summaries;
    • Trial preparation;
    • Appellate briefing; and
    • Discovery practice : Drafting discovery requests and responses.
    • Qualifications
    • To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications :

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school;
    • Admission to the state bar association and in good standing;
    • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate for clients effectively;
    • Exceptional writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation;
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities;
    • Strong legal research;
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
    • Attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Organizational and time management skills; and
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage a heavy workload.
