Overview

Courier Driver (Independent Contractor) CARGO VAN 350 dollar Sign On Bonus — Dash Courier & Logistics

We are hiring 1099 Independent Contractors to perform on-demand and routed courier deliveries for major medical facilities and other clients. This is a 24 / 7 / 365 operation open to drivers with open availability.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-demand and occasional scheduled or routed same-day deliveries as assigned.
  • Use your own uniform or vehicle and mobile device to complete deliveries with GPS guidance.
  • Maintain client-specific instructions and meet customer requirements for each delivery.
  • Ensure timely, accurate delivery, and provide reliable service in diverse conditions.
  • Adhere to safety and compliance standards; pass background check as required by Dash Courier & Logistics.

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Social Security Card or Proof of Citizenship (Required)
  • Current vehicle registration for the vehicle used
  • Vehicle insurance with minimum limits of $100K / $300K / $50K per accident (Required)
  • Smartphone with GPS capability (Required)
  • Good MVR and ability to pass a third-party background check (Required)
  • Experience in same-day, local and long-distance delivery (Preferred)

    • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Prior courier, patient services, or related experience is preferred. Professional appearance and attitude are valued.

  • Hours : All hours (24 / 7 / 365) – availability is key
  • Pay : Not guaranteed; pay ranges provided are estimates and depend on activity
  • Benefits : Flexible schedule
  • Schedule : Choose your own hours; day, evening, overnight, 5 AM–1 PM availability encouraged

    • Sign-On Bonus & Pay Information

    Now offering a $350 sign-on bonus after 60 days of active service, contingent on 150 jobs completed within the 60-day period and reliable performance. A $150 daily guarantee is available to one dedicated driver who is available and ready to work each day (5 AM to 1 PM).
