What You Will Do :

• Develop and update enterprise-wide EHS programs.
• Review EHS data and metrics, identify trends and root causes, and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Manage all EHS content within EHS IT system in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain EHS training materials in coordination with the training department.
• Facilitate bi-weekly EHS onboarding for salaried new hires.
• Update and communicate department related reports to operational stakeholders.
• Manage content within contractor systems.
• Coordinate industrial hygiene sampling with relevant vendor, site operations team, and applicable EHS team members and track data obtained from sampling.
• Engage with all EHS department vendors and ensure expected service level is being reached.
• Lead the corporate office safety committee and work with the building management team to implement suggested initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and manage the office EHS program enterprise-wide.
• Manage enterprise-wide EHS communication and engagements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our Environment :

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
