Primary Care Physician | Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $230000.00 - $250000.00

A thriving outpatient primary care group in Germantown, MD, is seeking a qualified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established, patient-centered practice with a two-year partnership track and long-term growth potential. Experienced physicians and upcoming physician resident graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • 4.5-day workweek (10 half-day sessions)with Half-day admin time (remote).
  • Shared patient pool across sites – full spectrum of primary care.
  • Supportive team of physicians & PAs with diverse interests.
  • Average 18–21 PPD - Telehealth makes up 10–15% of visits.
  • Call : 1 : 12 Phone-only, very light
