Responsibilities

As an Industrial Mechanical Superintendent at ITAC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating mechanical projects to ensure their successful execution. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of direct-hire and subcontracted labor, ensuring efficient usage of manpower, material, and equipment, and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with the project team to develop detailed project execution plans, monitor progress, and anticipate any potential cost or schedule impacts.

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical projects from start to completion.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of direct-hire and subcontracted labor.
• Ensure efficient usage of manpower, material, and equipment.
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols.
• Coordinate with the project team to develop detailed project execution plans.
• Monitor project progress and anticipate potential cost or schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop close-out and turnover plans.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
