What You'll Do :
- Lead complex projects from concept through completion. Guiding strategy, schedule, budget, and execution.
- Be the client's trusted advisor, building strong partnerships that go beyond a single project.

- Drive the design of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems that balance performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

What qualifies you?
Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology (required)Willingness to commute or relocate near our offices in Belmont, MI or Royal Oak, MI.7+ years' experience in mechanical building systems design with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.3+ years' experience in project management including managing multiple projects, teams, and client relationships in an engineering environment.PE License (preferred)Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and design software.What are some benefits?
