Salary : $63,000.00-$106,000.00 DOE
Clinic Manager Opportunity :
- The Clinic Manager will lead daily operations and clinical functions of the Rural Health Clinics while fostering a patient- and family-centered care environment
- Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and support staff, including onboarding, performance management, and team-building
- Ensure compliance with Rural Health Clinic regulations, organizational policies, and quality improvement initiatives
- The Clinic Manager will collaborate with providers, staff, and leadership to drive efficiency, support patient access, and contribute to operational and budget planning
