Corporate Associate Attorney | $200k–$315k| Miami, FL, Wilmington, DE, New York City, Baltimore, MD(Hybrid)

A leading law firm is seeking Corporate Attorneys with 3+ years of experience to join its expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions and high-value corporate matters for a diverse client base across multiple industries. With offices in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Texas, you’ll collaborate with attorneys nationwide while building your career in a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities :

Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.

Manage transactions from start to finish, including due diligence, structuring, and closing.

Provide strategic legal and business guidance to clients while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of corporate law experience, including M&A, securities, finance, and / or fund formation.

Admission to the bar in at least one of the listed states (Delaware, Florida, Maryland, or New York).

Strong academic credentials.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive salary $240,000 – $315,000 , commensurate with experience.
