In this role, you will help to lead projects focused on the migration of PEO clients to ADP Workforce Now by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to client and business goals. You will use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

The nature of what you do every day will not change your #1 goal is to lead projects aimed to successfully migrate PEO clients to ADP Workforce Now. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting!

Responsibilities :

What you can expect on a typical day :

• Be a True Partner. Manage large projects focused on the successful planning, coordination, and ultimate migration of clients to ADP Workforce Now to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets. Develop strong partnerships and working relationships at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
• Collaborate and Connect. Identify cross-functional resources critical to project. Influence initiatives and projects to provide strategic insights which enable efficient execution of project deliverables and milestones, including managing the full life cycle of projects.
• Think Like a Client, Act Like an Owner . Provide analysis and status reports of the project, including business case, ROI, and post-project review. Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.
• Create and Innovate. Champion best practices and process improvement. Provide recommendations and suggest best practices with the expectation of always creating exceptional client experiences. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to approach new situations.

Requirements :

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
