Job Description
Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys
Draft, edit, and file legal documents with state and federal courts
Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and travel logistics
Maintain organized client files and assist with billing and timekeeping
Handle client intake, document review, and case closing procedures
Route communications and support office operations as needed
Perform general clerical duties and adapt to evolving team needs

The Successful Applicant
3-12 years of commercial litigation experience; federal court exposure preferred
Minimum 3 years supporting 5+ attorneys, ideally at an Am Law 100 firm
Stable work history with 3+ years at each prior organization
Proficient in ECF filing, docketing, calendaring, and litigation procedures
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable under pressure
Team-oriented with a collaborative and positive attitude
Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 and legal document systems
Willing to travel and work overtime as needed

Competitive compensation with a base salary between $85,000 and $102,000 depending on experience
