Overview Title : Events Marketing & Promotions Representative

Location : Ventura, CA area

Schedule : Flexible Part-Time

Compensation : $20.00 per hour + commission

We help enhance clients\' lives by transforming interior spaces and providing a fun, hassle-free remodeling experience. We seek talented individuals to join our team and support the growth of Payless Kitchen & Bath.

Responsibilities Engage prospects : Initiate conversations with event attendees, answer questions, and provide information about services to generate appointments.

Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with homeowners to discuss kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs.

Learn and execute our scripts.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED

1+ years’ experience in sales, lead generation at shows and events, or similar experience

Outgoing, extroverted and friendly personality

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Persuasive and results oriented

Ability to stand for long periods

Flexible to work evenings and weekends

Reliable transportation (will travel to and from listed events with setup items)

Attend monthly department meetings and other company meetings

Clean criminal background and drug-free required
