Title : SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Technical Consultant SAP S / 4HANA implementation

Location : Greenfield, IN (Onsite)

Duration : 6+ months

Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FSM Technical Consultant to join a dynamic team working on a greenfield SAP S / 4HANA implementation for a leading utilities provider. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SAP Field Service Management, strong integration experience with S / 4HANA and other SAP modules, and a passion for delivering scalable, efficient field service solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP FSM solutions within a greenfield S / 4HANA environment.

Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Configure and customize SAP FSM components including mobile applications, scheduling, dispatching, and service execution.

Develop and maintain integrations between SAP FSM and S / 4HANA (e.g., via SAP BTP, CPI, or middleware).

Ensure data consistency and synchronization between FSM and backend systems.

Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities including troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Provide technical guidance and best practices for FSM architecture, security, and scalability.

Document technical designs, configurations, and support procedures.

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of SAP technical experience, with at least 2 years focused on SAP FSM.

Proven experience in greenfield SAP S / 4HANA implementations.

Strong understanding of SAP FSM architecture, data models, and integration points.

Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, and REST / SOAP APIs.

Familiarity with SAP Service and Asset Management, SAP PM, and CS modules.

Experience with mobile app configuration and deployment in FSM.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in the utilities sector, especially field service operations.

SAP certifications in FSM or S / 4HANA.

Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
