We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Client Management to lead strategic partnerships across our recruiting services portfolio. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary executive liaison for key clients, ensuring exceptional service, measurable results, and long-term retention. You will oversee client strategy, account growth, and delivery excellence—aligning our recruiting solutions with each client’s unique hiring challenges and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with mid to senior client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and issue resolution.
  • Lead account planning, forecasting, and performance reviews to ensure delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Partner with internal recruiting, analytics, and operations teams to drive client success, proactively addressing challenges and surfacing opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies that improve satisfaction, expand service adoption, and increase account value.
  • Monitor key metrics and SLAs, ensuring transparency through executive-ready reporting and insights.
  • Represent the client voice in internal strategy discussions, helping to shape new solutions, tools, and processes that strengthen overall delivery.
  • Mentor and guide client success managers and account leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

    • Required Skills

  • Proven experience in client management within the recruitment industry, technology / SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence various level client stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on proactive service and measurable impact.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to tell stories, demonstrate ROI, and guide strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
