Locums Interventional Cardiology - Durango, CO Coverage Need - Assignment Dates : May 21 - Ongoing- Orientation : May 20 - Shift Types : - Monday-Friday : 7a-5p (onsite hourly), 5p-7a (night call, 2.5 gratis hours) - 24-hour call : 7a-7a (8 gratis hours) - Weekend coverage included Position Details - Practice Setting : Inpatient, Outpatient, Call, Clinic - Duties : - Interventional procedures (scheduled and unscheduled) - Interventional call coverage - Inpatient consults and study reads - Clinic days, depending on assignment length - Admissions : 4-6 per day - Support Staff : RN - EMR System : Epic (mandatory training required before start date) Submissions Requirements - Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology- Active CO License : Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at submission) - Active DEA : Required (transferable DEA acceptable but must be retained for the full assignment) - Minimum Experience : 2 years required - EPIC Experience : Required, must detail years of experience and most recent use - Availability : - Must be available for the dates listed to be considered for ongoing assignments - Must disclose the number of shifts per month the provider can offer - EMR Training Acknowledgment : Must confirm understanding and compliance with training requirements - Clean Malpractice / Background : Required (priority given to candidates submitting a self-inquiry NPDB report) Additional Notes - Travel : Air travel acceptable; lodging at preferred hotels - Credentialing Timeline : 45-60 days
