job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLocation : Fargo, ND 58102 – North Dakota healthcare jobs\n Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 9 / 2026)\n Healthcare Setting : Acute care, supporting 33 operating rooms across multiple hospital campuses\n Shift : 8 or 10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday\n Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week\n Estimated Weekly Pay : $2420–$2600\n Call Requirement : 1 weekend of call every 6 weeks, plus 1 day per week; 1–2 stay-late shifts per week (extension of core shift)\n Scrubs : Ceil Blue (provided)\n Active ND or Compact Registered Nurse License (or willingness to obtain for this travel RN job)\n Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience\n Experience in General, Neuro, and Ortho surgical procedures required\n Large hospital or Level 2 trauma center experience preferred\n BLS certification (AHA required)\n Proficiency with EPIC charting system and operating room equipment (Accudose, cautery, lasers, laparoscopic and arthroscopy equipment, Stealth navigation for Neuro cases)\n Ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment\n Must not reside within a 60-mile radius of the facility\n Circulate and provide comprehensive perioperative care for patients in the operating room\n Sterile prepping of surgical sites, catheter insertion, opening sterile supplies, and positioning patients for surgical procedures\n Document patient care and surgical procedures using the EPIC electronic health record system\n Set up and operate specialized operating room equipment as directed\n Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes\n May float to other hospital campuses within Fargo as needed (rare)\n Adhere to all facility protocols, including proper badging in and out\n
