Scheduling Manager For Multifamily General Contractor

Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong presence in South Florida, specializing in multifamily projects ranging from mid-rise to large-scale developments. Job Description

  • Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Monitor progress and performance against established schedules, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and field staff to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Provide monthly and weekly updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Analyze schedule impacts from change orders, delays, and resource allocations.
  • Assist in preconstruction planning and the development of baseline schedules.
  • Train and mentor project teams in scheduling best practices.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of dedicated experience as a Planner / Scheduler, with consistent and recent use of Primavera P6. A background working with a General Contractor on multifamily projects is highly preferred, along with prior field experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
