Strong communication and briefing skills for high-level leadership. 10 years experience at an MOC. Experience working in a SCIF. Experience drafting Navy training manuals. TS / SCI Clearance and a Master's Degree are highly preferred.
Mid Level Career (5+ Years Experience) It - Software
$70,000 - $80,000
Location : Suffolk, VA (On-Site / Office)
Clearance Required : Active Secret (TS / SCI Preferred)
Education Required : Bachelor's Degree (Master's Preferred)
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Fleet personnel to support and develop the MOC Training Manual (TRAMAN).
- Track training and exercise milestones, monitor progress, and identify training gaps.
- Analyze Navy systems, policies, and processes to support resource allocation and readiness.
- Prepare analytical reports, decision briefs, and visual presentations for senior Navy leadership.
- Engage with training stakeholders and contribute to the Navy requirements process.
