About the Role

The Legal Intake Agent serves as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance in mass lawsuits. This role involves conducting structured interviews to determine whether potential clients meet the eligibility criteria for participation. Once qualified, individuals are seamlessly transferred to the appropriate legal team for further evaluation.

This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to establish trust quickly over the phone. Representing a network of law firms, the Legal Intake Agent plays a critical role in supporting individuals who have been affected by harmful products, corporate negligence, or other large-scale issues.

The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to client service are essential for success in this role.

What you’ll do :

• Making a high number of potential new client phone calls to warm (opt-in) leads
• Directs the initial engagement by providing appropriate resources and help based on the client’s needs, geographic location and other qualifying criteria
• Communicating with management and support staff about the facts of each potential case
• Sending and receiving intake documents
• These are legally sensitive files, so attention to detail, background check and professionalism is mandatory
