Salary : $25 - $35 per hour

Location note : Some postings reference Cleveland, OH; this role is described as fully remote with field surveillance activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct covert surveillance and review case files to draft detailed reports.
• Work autonomously from your vehicle, capturing video evidence of surveillance targets.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to ensure accuracy and maintain the integrity of health care and insurance investigations.
• Deliver results while upholding professionalism and discretion in diverse situations.

What you need to be successful

In this role you will use discretion, communicate with our Operations Managers regularly, and apply critical thinking skills while conducting surveillance and gathering evidence. Adaptability, attention to detail, and strong analytical capabilities are essential qualities for success at Ethos.

Work Schedule

Most investigations will begin at 6AM and may require you to leave your home between 4-5AM. Candidates who are willing to work most weekends and holidays will be prioritized in the hiring process.
