Essential Functions

Maintain knowledge of FMCSA regulations and guidance regarding driver qualification

Ensure drivers meet qualification standards at the company, state, and federal levels

Ensure disqualified drivers are not operating, and assist with the requalification process

Update driver qualification files with DOT physicals, CDLs, and other items as applicable

Maintain data in driver database

Medically clear drivers on leave to return to work

Coordinate scheduling of physicals, drug, and alcohol testing

Compliance with HIPAA

Qualifications

High school diploma required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
