Position Summary

Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and executing activities that support the BorgWarner Program Management and Launch Process (PDLP) and meets customer expectations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintains and continuously improves Program Management (PM) processes, procedures, templates and tools in alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Supports layered audits to ensure adherence and discipline of the PDLP in all DMS locations.
  • Administrates the software tool used to manage the PDLP. Trains Program Managers in the use of PDLP software and supports training for the cross functional team members. Coordinate with the software provider to implement, maintain and upgrade tools as needed.
  • Works with regional PM directors to develop Program Management dashboards in line with the PDLP and meetings Examples include Launch Metrics Report and EOT Reviews. Also updates the reporting tools (PowerBi, SharePoint) to promote collaboration and data driven decisions in the organization.
  • Supports regional Program Management Directors to provide on boarding and continuous training on the different processes, tools and templates used in Program Management.
  • Administers PDLP governance board (Process change management)

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
  • 0 3 years of working in cross-functional team.
  • Very structured and analytical working methods.
  • Strong collaboration, networking and organizational agility skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) for bridging across highly diverse, cross functional, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proficiency in English required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office. SharePoint
  • Desirable skills include use of PowerBi, PowerApps and knowledgeable in MS Project, but not required.
