Overview
The Research Multimedia & Publishing Specialist will join the Global Investment Research (GIR) division, supporting the team’s digital content strategy . This role involves editing, publishing, and curating multimedia content (audio, video, webcasts, podcasts) for the client-facing research portal and mobile app. You’ll work closely with analysts, editors, and supervisory teams to ensure timely and high-quality publication of research media. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with multimedia editing and CMS experience who is eager to apply their skills in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Multimedia Editing & Publishing
- Edit audio and video content for posting to the Research portal (e.g., trimming, overlays, stitching files, exporting).
- Coordinate with analysts to finalize edits and approvals.
- Publish multimedia content in collaboration with supervisory analysts.
- Curate published multimedia to ensure proper visibility across portal pages and mobile app.
- Assemble multimedia “push products” such as weekly recaps and event replays .
- Manage replay strategies for flagship events (e.g., annual conferences).
- Curate research reports using editorial judgment to highlight priority content.
- Organize, rank, and tag content across subject areas; build collections and channels for related research.
- Work with designers to create graphics, promotional assets, and alternative content formats.
- Maintain libraries of editorial / design assets, style guides, and templates for recurring content.
Basic Qualifications
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.Ability to work under deadlines while managing multiple projects.Excellent relationship skills for cross-team collaboration.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Audition, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) ; Adobe Experience Manager a plus.Strong sense of ownership and follow-through on projects.Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of financial markets .Familiarity with basic HTML & CSS .Experience with podcasts, webcasts, or digital publishing .Seniority level
