Location : Whitehouse Station, New Jersey (travel required to mulitple site locations)

We’re currently seeking an experienced and organized Job Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across job sites and our equipment yard.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily work of field crews across active job sites

Oversee the equipment yard, ensuring machines are maintained, organized, and ready for dispatch

Coordinate and schedule equipment transfers to and from project locations

Work closely with mechanics to manage maintenance schedules, repairs, and service records

Ensure that all crews follow company safety standards and protocols on-site

Communicate with project managers to align manpower, equipment, and resources

Assist with site readiness, staging, and logistics planning

Monitor job progress and provide field reporting as needed

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or equipment operations

Strong leadership skills with experience supervising field teams

Familiarity with heavy equipment and machinery (excavators, loaders, etc.)

Ability to read and understand job plans and schedules

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)

OSHA 30 certification preferred
