The Opportunity :

We are looking for a Blending Operator to manage the blending of raw materials and ensure compliance with batch records and cGMP standards. This role involves operating twin shell mixers, weighing final blends, and using metal detection and milling equipment. The ideal candidate must accurately follow manufacturing instructions, maintain clean work areas, and keep precise documentation. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $20.00-$21.00 The compensation offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and / or education.
