Community Manager – Property Management

KRS Holdings is a locally owned, trusted property management company with nearly 20 years of proven success. We currently manage 4,000+ rental homes across Virginia and North Carolina, and we’re growing fast.
We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Community Manager to lead operations at one of our communities in Elizabeth City, NC. What You’ll Do
Leasing & Move-Ins – Showcase apartment homes, follow up with prospects, close leases, and ensure smooth, welcoming move-ins.
Resident Experience – Be the go-to contact for residents, fostering a positive community and driving renewals through excellent service.
Financial Management – Oversee rent collection, keep delinquencies low, and support the property’s financial success.
Operations – Manage daily administration, vendor coordination, compliance, and accurate record-keeping.
Maintenance Partnership – Work with the maintenance team to keep the community well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing.
Vendor Oversight – Source and manage service providers for quality, cost efficiency, and timely work.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of management experience (property management, retail, or hospitality leadership welcome)
Strong leadership and team development skills
