Clinical Specialist - CPAP Technician FULL TIME

Location : Woodbury

Pay : $19 / hour

Schedule : Mon-Fri | 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

What You'll Be Doing :

Guide customers through CPAP Set-ups , downloads, mask fittings, and troubleshooting.
Educate patients and families on Medicare and Insurance coverage
Complete follow-up calls, assessment, and appointments with care and professionalism.
Accurately manage paperwork and enter insurance / client details into our system

What We're Looking For :

Previous experience in healthcare or home medical equipment is a plus

Certified Nursing Assistants : we'd love to hear from you!

Excellent communication and phone skills

Detial-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping people

English Fluency (written and spoken)
