Setting : Outpatient only

Team Structure : 1 Physician

2 Nurse Practitioners

Access to lab, imaging, and rehab onsite

Schedule : Flexible scheduling models

Call : Large call group with nurse triage line support

Reason for Recruitment : Replacement of a departed physician Candidate Requirements

MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
