About the role

A Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of all swimmers and guests at the aquatic facility. This role involves monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and responding promptly to emergencies. Lifeguards are expected to perform rescues, provide first aid, and administer CPR when necessary. They must maintain a vigilant watch over the pool area and work closely with other team members to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Regular inspection of equipment and pool conditions is required. Lifeguards must also communicate effectively with guests and staff to promote a positive and secure atmosphere.
